Web and App UX/UI Designer

Join a fast-growing portfolio of consumer digital media properties that totals 30M users per month. We are looking for a talented, UI/UX Designer with experience in working both in mobile and web apps.

Above all else, you are a creative and collaborative person to help the second largest online media company in the US to expand in Barcelona, Spain. This role spans creativity and design, you will report directly to the Product Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Use your full range of interaction and visual design skills to improve existing and create new web & mobile properties.

Work closely with Product Management to generate wireframes and mockups to test with users, learn, and iterate rapidly.

Make design trade-offs and deliver intuitive products that just work.

Create production-ready assets and documentation for hand-off to Engineering.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

Web and apps design education.

Used to work “mobile first”.

Experience creating mockups, wireframing, and prototypes.

Proficient in the newest design tools such as Invision and Flinto

Gaming design skills is a plus.

Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.

Smart, dependable, very organized, detail oriented, high integrity and high energy.

Takes ownership, responsible and committed.

Displays a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for excellence.

Self-starter and ability to navigate projects with limited supervision.

Previous experience in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).

Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

UX experience.

Startup experience.
