UX/UI Designer

Your Skills 

• You demonstrate a depth of experience working across the whole design process; from research, through prototyping to implementing rich user interface work • You have exceptional graphic design and interaction skills, and are well versed in designing for all devices and platforms  • You have experience and thorough knowledge of UX and UI (mandatory) • You are comfortable defining a product vision and identifying new product opportunities • You aren’t afraid to prioritize and make tough decisions • You have a track-record of designing full products and services • You skillfully present your work to stakeholders • You are comfortable working alongside Researchers, Analysts, Copywriters, Developers & Product Owners to develop data-informed product ideas  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator and are ready to work in an agile, high-paced, dynamic environment in which openness and humility are key.

Your Experience

We’re looking for a Designer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in design leadership positions. Past experience working in e-commerce, or in data-driven product development teams is a plus. Your track-record of designing full products and services has prepared you to lead and collaborate with our teams to produce world class experiences for our customers. BONUS POINT: coding skills
