Marketing UX Designer - Growth

We are looking for a motivated Marketing UX Designer to join the Growth team.

As a UX’er you will be responsible for creating new experiences and improve existing ones to support the company’s customer success strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed to make a difference, used to work in Agile environments and can work both UX and UI with enough autonomy with a customer focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Create effective, easy-to-use, innovative user digital experiences that address business and customer needs- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback- Develop wireframes, interaction flows and prototypes around customer needs- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs- Build designs in Sketch and work with Engineering team for its application- Ensure a consistent experience in all digital interfaces- Keep abreast of competitor products and Digital Wellbeing industry trends- Research, benchmarking, early user validation and application of best practices from the Digital Wellbeing industry and similar. Incorporate analytics data and AB Testing

Requirements:

- Proven experience as UX/UI Designer (5+ years)- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and techniques: wireframing, prototyping, scenarios, user flows, user research, persuasive design, UI design, etc.- Proficient in current design tools and prototyping tools: Invision, Marvel, Sketch, Zeplin, etc- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus- Problem-solving abilities and conceptual skills- Analytical mind- Demonstrated experience performing UX research and usability tests- Experience working in an Agile environment and multidisciplinary product teams- Great team player with excellent communication skills- Proactive and passionate about resolving user pain points through great design- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism- Fluent english
