International Growth Manager

TAPP Water is looking for an international growth manager to expand the business beyond Spain. Especial focus initially will be in UK, USA, Germany and Italy.

Without a proven track record acquiring new customers in the US and/or UK, the application will not be taken into account. Experience will ideally B2C and relevant to the products that TAPP Water sells.

The role will require the fulfillment of the following responsibilities:- Expanding the customer base in existing markets, except Spain- Identifying and prospecting new markets for our products- Managing distribution channels (online/offline) per market- Adapting our general and product-specific marketing strategy (online/offline) and channels to local market needs- Establishing partnerships with local players

The ideal candidate for this role will have outstanding communication skills (written and oral) and an analytical mindset. We need someone who is very proactive, hands-on, well organized and capable of working independently as well as as part of a team.

Applicants must have previous experience in:>> Startups>> Online + offline marketing>> Working with different markets and nationalities (especially Europe + US)

Additional experience that will be beneficial:>> Healthcare or environmental product experience>> Knowledge of the water industry>> France, Germany and Italy market knowledge>> Experience with physical products with an online distribution model

Candidate must be ready to join a fast-paced environment and will be expected to provide results from day 1. Important to be continuously aware of the latest trends, insights and innovations from the water filtering industry.

- Seniority: This is a mid level role with 2-5 years experience with the responsibilities listed above.- Language: Excellent English skills (oral and written). German or French is a plus.- Location: Position will be based in Barcelona and report to the co-founders.- Salary: 20-25k€ range + bonus based on performance

The filters remove about 99% of bacterial contaminants and gradients from tap water, providing fresh, clean and pure water. They also provide better tasting and better smelling water, decreasing the need of purchasing bottled water, and thus reducing plastic waste. The company based in Barcelona, Spain was started September 2015 and launched the first product in June 2016.
