CDM Barcelona is a part of the Omnicom Health Group (OHG) the largest healthcare marketing and communications group in the world.

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person that would be able to work across several areas. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage SEM campaigns in order to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities• Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors of website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results. SEO.• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports• Analyze competitor websites for organic traffic insights• Execute on page and off page SEO tasks• Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.• Develop and implement link building strategy• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

Skills & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications • One to three years experience in online marketing in the field of SEO (preferred also SEM) • Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO• Understanding of digital marketing and digital production.• Understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.• Understanding of how customers search and where they search • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.• Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.• Experience with website optimization tools• Experience with sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results. PPC campaigns.• Knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
