The company monitors more than 400 million products from 30,000 e-stores around the world though their tool. These products can be related to different sectors: image and sound, home and garden, DIY, sports, car and motorcycle accessories, fashion and accessories, health and beauty, animals and pets, babies and childcare, games and toys, as well as stationery.
Objectives to be covered through the process:
Due to company growth and, above all, the booming demand from new customers, it has become critical for us to expand our sales department with new sales reps. For this reason, the new role will be in charge of contacting new international customers and making the online tool known. Appealing new customers in order to increase sales expectations by the end of the year is a must.
Direct dependency:
• This role comes under the Sales Director.
Languages:
• English proficiency level.
Experience:
Proven experience of at least 1 year as sales rep for any SaaS product or equivalent, through Webinars, JoinMe, Skype or GotoMeeting. Relevant knowledge on the use of these tools. Well-valued skills: high level of interlocution and ability to persuade to get the product sold.
Duties:
• Responsible for the development of the sales department. • Getting in touch with new customers to offer them the product. Therefore, they must have a deep understanding of the customer’s needs, and respond effectively leading them to product purchase. • Planning, management, organization and monitoring of new customers, as well as search of new potential customers. • Develop strong business relationships to attract key customers. • Expose obstacles or doubts and be constantly in touch with the Sales Director to make changes to the way the product is sold, and, thereby, improving the company's business policy. • Follow-up and control, together with the executive director, of new customers, as well as reorganizing new projects. • Monitoring sales performance of each market and take corrective action when necessary. • Identifying and looking for new business opportunities, while taking care of the current customer base.
Pay and other benefits:
• Good gross annual salary and monthly variable depending on the percentage of sales. Permanent contract.
