Functions:Design products and services that simplify the lives of usersConduct user research, testing, reporting and presenting testing resultsConceptual design and ideation, creating interaction models, user task flows, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user's tasksDesign screen mock-ups, wireframes and Hi-Fi prototypes based on the business requirementsAdd value to the business through enabling our customers to achieve their jobs to be doneBring additional fresh insights to our existing teamTransform the UX of multiple products and servicesExperience in end-to-end service design, design thinking and jobs to be done as key UX design philosophies

Requirements:Inspiration, articulate ideas in a clear, concise and negotiate manner that persuades stakeholder buy-inGood communication skillsInterest in the latest technologiesPassion to question everything with a positive "anything is possible" mind-setProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other prototyping toolsAgile environment oriented

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

Location: Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana, 268 28046 Madrid)Availability to travel because the position will be based in Madrid but will work collaboratively with teams spread across multiple countries.
