UI Designer

As a UX Designer you will:

• Collaborate with other designers, data scientists, team managers and engineers to develop innovative and user-friendly products• Design new product features - from concept to final design• Research for new ideas and look for solutions to complex problems• Map and define the customer journey for current and new products• Test new features and ensure consistency in the overall user experience• Give support to marketing and social media• Act as part of the creation team of a product that is used globally by thousands of people every day• Experience growing start-up at its best: ease, no dress code, absolutely exciting challenges and fun teamwork• Become part of an international team

You will bring:

• A solid in-depth understanding of user-centred design principles• Ability to create rapid low and high fidelity prototypes• Excellent visual design skills• Proficiency in Adobe and Sketch• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including work with early stage/new product conceptualization as well as shaping the new version and/or feature enhancements of existing products• Experience in SaaS product design is a plus.

Bonus skills:

• Feeling comfortable working with HTML and CSS• Experience in user testing• Experience creating and maintaining design systems• Familiar with interactive prototyping tools like Justinmind, Axure or similar
