UI Designer

We are looking for a creative candidate to work in Fon’s UX team. This position is based in Fon’s Madrid Headquarters.Please, include a link to your portfolio along with your application.

Key Responsibilities:- Strong UI design skills- Create personas, user flows and journeys, scenarios, concept sketches, prototypes and wireframes- Design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data- Defend concepts and solutions to stakeholders, based on data, best practices and proven experience- Contribute to the team new tools and techniques- Integrate the visual design into the prototypes collaboratively with the visual designer- Gather and analyze data from analytics tools and other tools and sources to support design hypothesis

Skills and Experience:- Understanding of HCI, usability and interaction principles within the constraints of mobile devices, as well as across desktop environments- Experience in interface design for web, tablet and mobile design- Expertise using design tools such as Sketch- User interface design will be a plus- Experience on Scrum-Agile teams
