We are now looking for a Traffic Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketing Department based in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. As part of the marketing team, your actions will be aimed at achieving the specific objectives of your area that help achieve the company's global objectives for the markets of Spain and Portugal.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

- Participate in the traffic acquisition strategy for the markets of Spain and Portugal (both B2C and B2B segments). - Email marketing: - Strategy, planning and coordination of email marketing campaigns. - Content creation. - Database maintenance, creation of segments of audience. - Scheduling and sending campaigns in coordination with email marketing supplier. - Monitoring and analysis of email marketing results. - Creation, update and follow-up of email workflows. - SEM: Management and optimization of payment campaigns (structure, keywords, ads, bids, etc.). - Partners: Management and optimization of organic and payment campaigns on external websites (aggregators, vertical websites, etc.). - Analytics and web traffic reporting, main business kpi's and traffic results by sources and campaigns. - Creation, implementation and follow-up of tracking codes for a correct analysis.

Requirements:

- Degree or technical degree. - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing for traffic acquisition. - Minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics. Knowledge of Google Analytics. Valuable knowledge of Adobe Analytics. - Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing sending tools such as Senderglobal, Smartfocus, Selligent or Mailchimp. - SEM: knowledge of Google Adwords. - Medium level of HTML / CSS layout. - Knowledge of image editing programs (Photoshop, Canvas). - Knowledge of online questionnaire creation tools (Google Survey, Typeform, Qualtrics or similar). - Excel at advanced level. - Valuable knowledge of Social Media Ads, Adsense, Doubleclick, SalesForce. - Advanced English level. - Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines. - Analysis skills. - Enthusiastic person, multi-tasking, and with ability to adapt to change.
