The Role

To assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment of the company’s web and mobile presence. Leading implementation of web and mobile applications, and planning for risk and growth.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide architecture system that supports the whole product infrastructure.Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.Support the marketing process by providing implementation of technical requirements for Internet marketing.Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.Proven experiences with startup companies.

Qualifications & Skills & Requirements

Demonstrated ability to envision web-based and mobile services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.4-5 years experience developing and managing full stack development projects, both mobile and web.An appreciation for clean, reusable and well-tested code.Solid experience with PHP.Experience beyond the basic LAMP stack architecture.Laravel or any other modern MVC framework is a must.Working knowledge of Responsive Design, Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
