Requirements:- At least 2 or 3 years uninterrupted operating in a team leader capacity in a commercial environment, ideally with direct experience of the SCRUM framework and fulfilling the role of Scrum Master in a small cross functional team;- Experienced man manager look after team motivation, performance management and reviews;- 5+ years of commercial experience building complex applications in .Net;- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills;- Skilled individual with full software development life-cycle experience, and excellent knowledge of both .Net fundamentals and c# up to 4.5.1 / 5.0;- Understanding of testing techniques to a level whereby they are able to sanity check team QA and testing practice;- Versed in architecture and design techniques including the ability to facilitate and lead teams in the formation of design and implementation in adherence to a specific architecture;- Experience with design patterns and demonstrable experience of having devised and worked on complex application architectures;- Skilled in leading teams in the breakdown of complex requirements into manageable implementation tasks;- Positive proactive attitude, willing to turn their hand to any problem, and willing to work things out when they fall outside their area of direct expertise;- Eager to work as a member of a team and pitch in to ensure the team succeeds with its commitments;- An interest in expanding your horizons and learning new skills as well as caring about doing things well.Desirable:- Experience of building complex web applications with MVC (ideally v4+), Entity Framework, Capable with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Front end APIs knockout.js, angular.js, JQuery etc.);- Good knowledge of SQL and experience of either SQL server or other major relational RDBMS;- Any experience with Couchbase or similar NoSQL db, RabbitMQ and Elastic search will get you super double bonus tick box points.
