ATA Insights is a dynamic start-up based in Madrid. We provide marketing and comms, markets intelligence and events services for the global renewable energy community.In this role, you will be selling sponsorship packages across the RE.Learn program, a series of online webinars that attract more than 35,000 renewable energy professionals every year.To succeed in this role, you will have to be commercially driven and persistent. Having the gift of the gab wouldn’t hurt either, to be honest, but you will have to use your head. This is a consultative sales role.

What you’ll do on a daily basis• Telephone sales: Calling leads to get them to sponsor our webinars • Identifying new prospects from your own research: although we do have a database of potential prospects and generate more daily, this is a team effort so won’t be on your own• Learning about the renewable energy industry so you can tailor your offering to customer needs• Build up a network of clients and contacts, keeping in touch with your clients and working with them to help them achieve their objectives• Working closely with the ATA Insights team and play as a team to achieve our goals.

Qualities we are looking for:• Ambition to succeed commercially and build up a track record in sales• Highly motivated and able to work independently• Someone who takes pride in their work and has high professional standards• Grit and determination to achieve your goals• Curiosity about the renewable energy industry• A team player who does the best for the whole team

Requirements• At least 2 years’ experience in B2B Sales• Able to back up the sales record with numbers at a previous job• Native-level English is a must, Spanish and other languages will be considered an advantage, but not mandatory• The job is available in Central Madrid • It's a renewable 3 month contract. Annual salary €18K basic + bonus based on target sales
