Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Senior Web UI/UX designer to join our design team.

For that you’ll need to be able to lead our client’s projects from definition to idealisation, combining the best possible user experience with cutting-edge visual and interactive design.

You should be a motivated designer with a deep understanding of human interaction and psychology, an extensive knowledge of the latest digital design trends, as well as a strong base of programming and web design.

Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the right attitude to work collaboratively within a team structure.

The Role:For this role you’ll need to:* Define the functional and logical aspects of our client’s projects with the help of research, wire-frames and quick prototyping.

* Actively participate in design discussions with the client and other team members, being able to correctly argument and discuss design decisions.

* Work in the idealisation process of our client’s projects by visualising design solutions and creating interactive prototypes whenever needed.

* Actively use and participate in the maintenance of our client’s style guide and pattern library.

* Get the projects ready for hand off to the developer’s team by documenting the design solutions, and preparing the deliverables.

* Be ready to work in an iterative mode meeting our client’s deadlines.

Skills:For this role you must have:* Extensive experience of multi-platform and responsive web design.

* Excellent understanding of atomic design, and design based on style guides.

* Knowledge and understanding of CSS/HTML/Javascript.

* Deep understanding of human interaction and psychology.

* In-depth proficiency working with Adobe CC or related design, wire-framing and prototyping programs.

* Great communication skills.

* The ability to work well as a team member; you have an understanding of how a design team operates.

* Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, deadline-driven and able to multi-task.

* A positive attitude that can benefit the team as well as the ability to cope and stay focused under pressure.

* Previous knowledge of the e-commerce in the fashion industry will be a plus.

Requirements:* English spoken.

* Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related experience.

* Proven experience (7+ years) in a similar role.

* Portfolio with examples of experience.
