* 3+ years of web design experience (client side or agency experience) * Strong design portfolio * Expert knowledge of web design and in particular UX / UI design principles * Experience of a wide range of design techniques including sketching, wireframing, storyboard creation and prototyping * Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and a familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript * Experience of high-volume consumer facing websites * Able to work in a Windows platform environment * Familiar with web accessibility standards * Print design experience for the design of offline materials to accompany web products * Strong interest in user experience and creating a magnificent user journey through the site * Demonstrable understanding of audiences needs and able to translate them into creative concepts that match and meet business needs and objectives * Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills * Collaborative team player * Self-starter * Creative thinker demonstrable ability to ask the what if...? and how can we...? questions * Exceptional attention to detail * Able to influence at all levels of the business and present ideas and thought processes * Able to be client facing * Able to work under pressure and deliver in tight timescales * Ideally will have worked on projects with a global reach VERY HIGH ENGLISH LEVEL
