Senior Digital Designer (UI/UX)

Job Repsonsabilities: Design of all client-specific digital content: Responsive websites, microsites, Apps and web Apps, CMS and data driven graphics. Design of all client-specific web content Contact for consultant teams on questions regarding the optimal structure and behavior of digital content Construction of individual client-specific web sites with the use of available content management systems and digital technologies as applicable Optimization of existing content under an art direction or brand proposal: tone of voice, images, color palette, structure and rhythm. Assurance of consistency in the layout, style, and logical sequence of digital assets across devices and platforms Art direction: Selects photography, develops icons and graphics, and coordinates digital content production Use deep knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch App, Prototyping programs knowledge (Xd, Hype and Framer desired) Technology driven – interested and has previous experience/ knowledge about VR, AR, IoT and Technological applications Be a design thought partner - understand the context and apply creative layout solutions according to business objectives. Collaboration with proofreading to ensure BCG quality standards Execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction Host creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines and communicate with client Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning Pitch creative concepts, mock ups and discuss ideas to internal clients Participate in client calls and meetings Mentor junior web/UI designers

Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in art, web design or related field 7+ years relevant years of experience in design.English is a must. (Communication will be in English most of the time)

Key Competencies Expert skill level in Adobe CC Suite and Sketch Knowledge of Digital design visual and performance (UI, consistent design systems, responsive and mobile layout) Experience in creating Wireframes and User flows Advanced understanding on development (responsive, html, css, IOS and android restrictions) Experience mentoring junior staff B2B experience and deep business language knowledge Experience in a professional services environment Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and backgrounds Ability to flex approach from a design and working style perspective depending on the needs of the project and client Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own development Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends Excellent time management skills Thrives in an environment of continual feedback Ability to develop project from creative conception to final deliverable Ability to work independently and prioritize under narrow time limitations and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas Handle stressful situations with poise, understanding and tact Actively listens, requests clarification when needed
