Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a highly ambitious and confident communications professional for a lead role in day-to-day client relationship management. As Senior Account Manager, you will have to attend client’s needs and increase the volume of existing and potential clients, creating proposals, coordinating and managing the team and reporting directly to the Director.

As experts in social media management, we expect you to have total understanding and control of main platforms!

Main functions:• Manage directly the relationship with existing accounts and potential clients, including meetings and recurring communication• Definition of communication strategies for existing and potential clients • Budget management• Execution of communication plans, project management• Team coordination • Delivering or overseeing the delivery of content production (copy, images, video)• Preparation of monthly performance reports (customer analysis and conclusions).

Required skills

• Bachelor degree in Journalism, Advertising, PR or any Communication area• Advanced English is a must• Proven experience of account management• Expertise in Digital and Social media• Know-how in communication tools: communication plans & strategies, Social media plan & strategies, press releases, corporate reporting• Excellent organizational skills: a master in meeting deadlines and detail orientation• Willingness to take responsibilities and grow internally• Team leader (and player!) within international atmosphere
