OUR OPPORTUNITY: ----------We're on the hunt for an imaginative, innovative and experimental Advertising Project Manager to run into our team.+ Communicate precise needs to our internal developer team.+ Translate our client needs and briefs into a detailed and comprehensive project plan with a clear execution phase and tasks+ Coordinate internal resources and freelance resource for the flawless execution of projects+ Build a strong relationship with the technical and creative teams, and external vendors, being able to motivate under pressure, tight deadlines or peak production delivering high-end products+ Schedule and resource projects in the creative proposal phase or project kick-off+ Streamline the innovative team in project execution timings, juggling between various simultaneous projects and optimizing resource allocation+ Ensure that all deliverables are error-free, on time and in line with client-facing quality expectations+ Translate client feedback into specific and detailed technical and creative instructions for the team. - Manage all project documentation, feedback and deliverables in an agile and scalable way through PM tools+ Elaborate project wrap-up reports bringing insights and areas for improvement.+ Have ongoing communication with the client for current projects, delivering on time, budget and according to the quality expectations.YOUR EXPERIENCE: ---------- As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be analytical, methodical, confident, responsive, persuasive (but not pushy), you'll be able to motivate yourself and peers, be a master of communication, problem solver, and have excellent attention to detail and lastly, be quality-oriented. Have a very Tech vocabulary and be able to explain projects straightforwardly. We'd love to hear from you if you -+ Have recent and proven experience as project Management or equivalent, within a digital or web development agency environment+ Have proven experience and a portfolio in managing and juggling between interactives projects, websites, dashboards and award-winning projects+ Have the ability to manage many projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail+ Have strong knowledge of project management Frameworks, understanding codes, new technologies and able to define and optimize processes in an agency environment+ Have experience in delivering client-focused solutions to client needs in Digital Projects+ Have excellent skills, with the English language – both written and speaking
