Project Manager

Technical Department.

MERKEL CAPITAL offers a contract in Real State Development. The candidate will be in charge of the planning, development and cost control of the projects. We’re looking for a person with deep interest in construction monitoring.

MAIN TASKS:- Continuous monitoring of construction Works on site.- Preparing the monthly capex reporting package.- Reviewing invoices received by the Project manager and including them into the internal accounting chain- Obtaining input from the accountancy of each company.- Reconciling the total amount invested with the Project manager reports.- Ensuring the correct track of end of work documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).- Medium user of AutoCAD, Presto and TCQ.- Spanish, Catalan and English is a must.- Responsible, ambitious and comitted to excellence at work.- Results-driven, capable to perform well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
