Project Manager

The company: Marketing and advertising agency located in Barcelona with offices in New York and Mexico City

The ideal candidate will be able to identify a client’s desires and needs to be part of the creative team. This individual will have experience in creating strategies, planning and communicating timelines, goals and budget to the relevant teams. Throughout their role, this individual will serve as liaison between the client and various teams and facilitate communication between teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Position based in Barcelona. - Outline project goals, timeline, budget and execution plan. - Define within the Content Strategy for the clients. - Follow compliance and quality standards throughout project. - Help on project management for our clients.  - Facilitate communication between relevant internal communication. - Communicate with client to understand needs and manage expectations. - Participate in the new business part providing the digital knowledge.

PROFILE: - From 3 to 7 years of experience within the marketing department in relevant companies, using all relevant platforms. - Degree in communication or digital marketing degree. A post-graduate qualification in marketing may be desired. - Team player with soft skills. - Fast and continuous learner oriented to innovation. - High potential to evolve to senior management positions. - English, C1 or C2 minimum level; other languages would be a plus. - Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. - Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential. - Understand current marketing trends.
