Photography Team Leader

We are looking for a for a "Photography Team Leader” or “Editorial Director (Photography)" to support our Art Director and Account Manager in the creation of all film and photography activities, in accordance with the communication plans.

Main functions:• Manage all photography requirements, including but not limited to corporate, creative/campaign and products photography projects• Responsible of the briefing process for all photography projects, identifying clients’ needs, deadlines, and ensuring that all photography materials are delivered on time and to the highest quality possible• Manage the assignments and the overall photography assignment calendar, including the schedules of ‘freelance’ photographers when required• Management of shoot process and development, including pre and post production (Organize model castings, location proposals)• Manage the photo archive, ensuring proper organization and the timely uploading of all photos• Edit of photos• Identify and incorporate emerging photographic and digital technologies into the agency

Required skills

• Bachelor degree in Film, Photography, Advertising, PR or any Communication area• Proven experience as photographer. If possible, please show us your portfolio!• Expert knowledge of all relevant photography software (Photoshop, etc) • Advanced English is a plus• High attention to detail and accuracy • Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously • A team player willing to work on tight timelines • A positive attitude, comfortable within a young and international atmosphere
