Operations Assistant - Prácticas

We are growing (a lot)! And we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Customer Success Team.

A bit about you...

You are... -Used to work with XML files (must have). -Currently attending a module in web applications or programming - nice to have. -Able to understand and answer in English. -Customer Oriented. -Highly motivated individual to keep up in this fast-paced environment. -Great organizational skills and goal focused. -Interest for the Video Industry and used to work in international teams. -Available for 6 months in Madrid city centre, on a full time basis.

What we will do together?

-You will learn everything about data curation / data treatment. -You will help making possible the necessary changes for an amazing client onboarding. -You will coordinate Projects in video and web applications, such as the launch of a new platform, templates and designs. -You will manage small and medium size projects to add new features and shape our products for a better market fit
