* A track record of successful delivery of client projects in a technical capacity. Experience preferable (but not essential) in health or wellness related organisations. * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to respond quickly to demand and be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks * Proven ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of business (including customer level). * Sound judgement, strong communication skills and innovator. * Attention to detail and proven ability to manage complex implementation projects. * Comfortable managing timelines to ensure client delivery excellence. * Ability to develop a close working relationship with the internal CGWS departments. * Some technical skills in C#, JavaScript or equivalent to ensure continuous improvement of the CGWS internal toolsets (desirable). * Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious * Interest in web technologies and Microsoft applications * Proficiency in T-SQL, XML, JavaScript, & RegEx * Some working knowledge of HTML and C# are preferred but not essential * HIGH LEVEL OF ENGLISH

American company based in Pozuelo (A6) Madrid.DescriptionUpdate and maintain assessment definitions and content (75%) * Collaborating with Solutions team to ensure specifications are captured and understood * Analysing business and client requirements and translating into technical details * Using a number of in-house tools and utilities to create XML, JavaScript and RegEx components that the systems use * Using the in-house written content management system (CMS) to manage content within page definitions * Managing XML based assessment definitions (surveys, calculation groups, reports and emails) * Manage content items across the systems * Test workflows and inputs / outputs to ensure functionality is correct * Deploy to internal testing, user acceptance testing and ultimately to production environments * Use T-SQL to manage and maintain some legacy systems Technical Support (25%) * Analyse bugs (raised internally or by clients) in order to troubleshoot problem area * Collaborate with Client Support Team as needed * Alter definitions as appropriate subsequently test and deploy * Report findings or escalate as appropriate * Retain ownership of issue until resolvedJob OfferCareer pathFinal ClientOne of the best companies to work for
