Lead Digital Designer

# What we are looking for:The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical mind who can lead our design efforts with a user-centric attitude. Our aim is to understand which are the users’ needs and improve our app product accordingly, making it more appealing and easy to use. Your role will include creating wireframes, prototypes and presenting/defending design decisions. Digital advertising skills (e.g. creation of banners, video, newsletter, landing pages, etc.) will also be highly evaluated.

# Requirements: - Passion about creating powerful and responsive design solutions (mobile first)- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Relevant experience in UX/UI design and related tools (i.e. Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)- Excellent communication skills both oral and verbal in Spanish and English- Optional: knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.
