He should have a broad knowledge and experience in the use of Java libraries and tools (specially open source) and be able to add value at any development stage. Once he is established in the team he should be able to mentor the junior members of the team. He will be involved in the technological evolution of the web-bot based Eurobits Aggregation Platform. For that purpose he will propose new technologies, patterns and best practices.
