Our client, important technological company with own product, is looking for a IT Sales Manager (Banking) for its headquarters located in the surroundings of Barcelona. Skills: Candidate should have experiences or applied skills in the following areas: - Technical or Business Administration studies successfully finished - 10+ years of work experience, with a strong focus on marketing, consultative sales, and/or business development roles ideally with complex end-to-end mobile device solutions - Extensive and detailed technical knowledge at least in one of the following: NFC, SIM technology, EMV, payment and transit cards and technologies - Experience and knowledge of server based software solutions - Preferably experience on software development on some of the above mentioned technologies or server-client environment - Track record in supporting sales and delivery of new technologies into the market - Capability to understand complex business environment, derive customer needs and create value propositions responding to these needs - Setup and management of customer projects from the initial offer to the hand-over into successful deployment - Excellent project communication and stakeholder management skills and experiences - Deliver project to client satisfaction with quality, on time and on budget. - Good understanding of Bank business - High English level. Experiences in managing multi-stakeholder projects, which include for example managed services, licensed software delivery, system integration and other professional services. Acerca de la posición

Among your functions: Develop Solution Business in our region, with or without commercial support for our Account Managers. Responsible for the coordination of the solution projects and the management of customer delivery projects involving services and software, project related Secure Elements, applications and third party products required for complete solution. Candidate should: - Develop thorough understanding of technical and also business requirements set by customer as well as collect new emerging requirements not yet identified by customers - Find and develop opportunities in our region. Achieve the agreed target of sales revenues. - Support Company Account Managers in building business cases and value proposition around solutions based on existing or planned solution offering to banks, transit operators and OEM business entities in cooperation with Global Solution Sales team - Work with customers and internal departments to define requirements and deliverables and translate these requirements into product specification drafts together with Product Managers - Participate to customer/partner meetings as needed - Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed
