kasitoko is seeking a Influencer Inventory Manager for our Madrid's office. We'd love to work with someone who has these skills:Minimum 3 – 5 years of demonstrated and recent experience in affiliate marketing and/or as publisher manager, preferably working with bloggers or influencers.Strong understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem.Strong understanding and experience in digital media management (search, display, affiliate and social), their targeting capabilities and tactics to drive conversion.Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environmentCustomer and business focused mindset.Collaborative and team oriented.Ability and willingness to take initiative, address problems and make continuous improvements.Highly skilled at managing external partners.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. (English/Spanish).

What you need to do:Establish, build, and maintain relationships with current and new networks. This will include deal negotiations, optimizing and reporting on their performance, cold calling, conflict resolution etc.Work closely with networks and partners to understand and exceed account expectations.Optimize and analyze data in order to maximize revenue opportunities and reach campaign objectives.Create strategies to partner with other organizations with large inventories of potential influencers.
