As a Digital Graphic Designer at Spaceboost, you can put your designer’s skills to use, and producing creativities ranging from banners, ads, logos, and other design solutions to define, hone, and promote the Spaceboost brand.

Based in Spaceboost’s Barcelona office, the Digital Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to start a successful career in the AdTech industry at one of the hottest players in the coming years. You will have the opportunity to be a founding member of the Spaceboost design team, defining the way in which the world will automate and optimize their advertising investment.

As a Digital Graphic Designer at Spaceboost you will:

-Create engaging design solutions that address the needs of Spaceboost and those of our target customers.

-Design banners, resource images, and landing pages.

-Conceive of new ideas for Spaceboost’s branding projects.

-Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the graphic experience. Connect design decisions to our desired business goals and outcomes.

-Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the marketing team.

-Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of brand content ideation.

-Embrace collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.

-Understand our brands, our aesthetic, and our differentiators - become a brand steward in all your contributions.

-Present your design work to peers and partners with exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Be a leader both inside the design group as well as within the marketing team.

-Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

We're definitely looking for you if you have:

-3+ years professional digital graphic designer experience as a key member of a Design team participating in the brand development lifecycle of several successfully delivered branded, marketing and web content.

-Bachelor’s degree in design, related field, or equivalent professional experience.

-Solid knowledge of the Adobe Suite.

-Experience working with UI designing tools such as Sketch would be appreciated.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak to and defend your decision making yet be able to have open, direct and respectful conversations to ensure we reach the best possible design solutions as a team.

-Excellent attention to detail; a demonstrated experience of multimedia design, typography, color, and page layout.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

-Technical understanding to effectively communicate with the marketing and the product team.

-A bit of experience editing video would be great.

-Team player with a positive attitude.
