Digital Creative Content Designer (junior)

EU Business School is looking to recruit a junior digital creative content designer to join its growing young and dynamic digital communication team. Located in Barcelona, this professional will provide content and design services, mainly visual, for the EU Business School websites and social media channels. He/she will be required to create, adapt and enhance visual materials and update content for EU Business School’s online platforms for maximum impact.

Reporting directly to the digital communications manager, this proactive professional should have excellent creative and visual design skills. He/she will contribute new ideas for eye-catching, fresh and impactful visual content and should be up to date with the latest digital trends in terms of design, photo and video. The professional MUST have an advanced knowledge of Photoshop.

Responsibilities.• Ensure the EU Business School websites are updated with the latest visuals from events, courses, student activities, … (daily activity)• Adapt and enhance photographic material through Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator• Ensure all web pages perform optimally and have visual coherence• Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices• To have an understanding of corporate vision and how to effectively enhance and illustrate it on digital platforms• Propose new design ideas in line with trends and corporate image• Knowledge of web design• Work closely with in-house editors and designers as well as the IT, online marketing and alumni departments• Support social media design

Requirements• Advanced user of photoshop, illustrator and InDesign• Visual design graduate with a minimum of one year’s experience in the field• Very attentive to detail (text and photographic material)• High level of English• Passion for images and photographs: keen eye for detail• Digital savvy• Excellent interpersonal skills: team player• Highly organized• Works well under pressure
