DAM Digital Librarian/ DAM Archivist / DAM Content Architect

Job DescriptionA Digital Librarian will play a full-time position at the Le Creuset Spain office, reporting to the Le Creuset Group Photographer Images Coordinator and working together with other people from the Imagery team. Experience implementation and governance of metadata models, digital asset management, and related business processes.Improve and create guidelines, provide adequate training for the subs.As a member of the imagery team that works on global projects, the successful candidate will often be required to connect remotely with other members in Switzerland, London, France and other locations.

Main responsibilities- Manage and maintain our Digital Asset Management system.- Create and maintain the proper meta-tagging.- Create policies and usage guidelines, as well as implement workflows.- Advise the organization on best practices on the management of the digital assets. - Ensure the proper access and permissions for the users as defined by the organization.- Provide training and guidance to the users. - Oversee privacy and intellectual property policy compliance, as well as advise on copyright issues or restrictions.- Ensure the optimal return on investment for the Digital Asset Management platform.

Requirements- University degree and/or master’s in library science, Information Science, or Computer Science, or a relevant field from an accredited university.- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, managing a digital asset management system.- Availability for possible business travels

Compulsory - Knowledge of handling different file formats (graphic, photo or video)- Hard Experienced with Excel.- Image-manipulation (Photoshop CC)- Excellent knowledge of Mac computer platform.- English fluency

Really valuable - DAM experience (Knowledge of Bynder as a plus)- Basic programming skills: SQL, MDX, C family language, Experience with XML- Ability to analyze and understand cross-functional needs and workflows.- Presentation and training skills.

Nice to have - Any additional language would be considered as a plus- Project management skills.- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle a vast amount of information.
