Basebone Group is comprised of 4 lines of business within the mobile ecosystem, Entertainment, Billing, Apps & Publishing. Over the last 10 years it has grown from a startup in the Mobile Content space to now over 100 professionals with offices across Europe and Africa.

As Basebone Group grows so does its need to ensure a consistent and innovative, high level of design across its lines of business. We are looking for a creative manager that can manage and inspire our team of designers to reach new heights the areas of Branding, Sales, Interface Design and User Experience.

This is an exciting position to work with an existing talented team to raise the creative output of an entire group of companies in their corporate image, products and sales.

The manager will report directly to the CMO, overseeing and being responsible for 4 other design functions.

As a Creative Manager at Basebone you will:

-Be the functional manager of the design teams, ensuring quality work and requirements are met.-Drive innovation in design to ensure we always ahead of the curve.-Take over the Creative Direction of our existing teams. It means that you are able to deeply understand the -strategy behind our brand, product and sales approach and improve it.-Liaise with the relevant teams that require of design and ensure that their needs are being met.-Motivate and inspire your team, building a trustful and reliable relationship with them, leading by example and being able to boost a top performance.

Minimum Qualification

-Passionate about Graphic and Web Design fields in which you have at least 5 years of experience.-You are a natural leader: you have experience managing multidisciplinary web designing team in a fast paced and high performing environment.-You are a methodical person: able to priories, plan, split and organize the workload for yourself and your team with a maniacal attention to details.-You are proficient creating consistent webpage mock-ups. Constantly caring of UX-UI and Web-responsiveness which you are very familiar with.-You have a proven track record of successful management of complex web design projects, involving multiple parties and high-quality standards.-You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English.
