Concept Artist / Matte Painter

Painting Practice is an award-winning design studio working across film, television, and advertising. Our services include motion graphics, previs, animation, VFX, production design, concept art, digital matte painting and prop design.

We have opened a new studio based in Madrid under the helm of lead artist and partner Rafael Martin Coronel. For many years, Rafael has been the lead concept artist at Painting Practice where he has tackled countless challenges and helped uphold the high standard of work that is representative of our studio. With numerous credits he also has a proven track record as talented art director with his most recent credits being the newly adapted Watership Down.
