Did you just finished your studies and are you looking for a challenging and rewarding 1-year Graduate Program with Rakuten TV? We are currently looking for enthusiastic people to join our RTV team and do a rotational program within 3 different departments.

About Business ContinuityBusiness continuity (BC) team helps us find and fix problems before our customers may see them in real service. This team helps us maintain a high quality service every day. As a member of the BC team, you will test the service every day in varied environments and learn about our product hence the video on demand business, industry, our competition and customer behavior. About Quality AssuranceThe QA team is responsible for testing the application features based on product specifications, carrying out manual tests and reporting defects ensuring the quality of our applications. About Customer ServiceThe Customer Service team is responsible for ensuring our customer satisfaction by answering to their inquiries via email, chat, voice and other channels; they are also in charge of preparing the FAQs and documentation for our customers. The department has to coordinate with other areas: Product, Front End, Marketing and Marketing Operations.

Requirements• We are looking for candidates that are eager to learn, curious and have a sense of ownership.• Fluent English is mandatory. Additional EU languages is a plus• Strong interest in Television and the Entertainment Industry• Some knowledge about the VOD industry (i.e. providers, business models, contents and formats)• Strong Excel skills• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail• High energy and creativity.• The ability to work autonomously in fast growth and changing environment.
