Brand Manager Francés

We are looking for a creative profile able to bring our branding and content strategy to the next level. Needs to be “hands on” and ready to work closely with the team to “make things happen”. The main focus of the brand are “millenials” and therefore understanding the “codes” and habits of this generation will be crucial. Responsibilities: - Lead the Brand Foundations development and deployment for CornerJob ensuring consistency of message and tone across channels. (TV, Radio, Print, Social Networks, Influencers etc...)- Collaborate in the offline creative development (TV, Radio, Prints...)- Lead the content generation and distribution across different media (Social Media, PR, Blog…)- Create, implement and monitor de social media activity (Community Management)- Activate new communication channels (youtube, Influencers...)- Manage and develop the team of 4 Community Managers and 1 designer- Design and implement events, street marketing actions and other marketing activities- Reporting to the CMO Requirements - A minimum of 5 years in charge of the community management or content creation area- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast growing startup environment- Experience in managing teams- French native and Fluent in Spanish and English- Experience in companies with proven track record of communication to Millenials will be valued- Experience in B2B industries will be valued
