Visual / UI Designer

Badi is looking for a talented and passionate USER INTERFACE DESIGNER with an awesome portfolio with both mobile and web designs.

Our ideal candidate should have an eye for clean design, superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Main responsabilities:

· Create visual designs and final graphics for website and app based on research, user behavior and UX best practices. · Design different graphic solutions for each new functionality.· Work closely with developers to make sure that your visual designs are translated perfectly when coded.· White board ideas with the Product Lead and UX to design elegant, functional, well thought out and appealing interfaces.· Constant visual perfectioning of product aspects.

Requirements:

· UI design skills with strong portfolio.· Experience designing for both ios and android apps.· A thorough understanding of web responsive design.· Strong research ability.· Experience understanding wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.· Experience in visual design tools, Sketch, Illustrator, Zeplin and InVision.· Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.· Being capable of following through original ideas from concept to the final hand-off to engineering.· Preferred Language Spanish/Català but able to communicate in English.· Positive attitude and a great work ethic.· Animation and interaction skills are a big plus!· Portfolio is a must.
