Video Production Manager

As the Video Production Manager in Spain you will be responsible for delivering all the video productions (for both media and corporate sides). You will implement WTTJ production guidelines locally, recruit the team and contribute to develop WTTJ as a new key HR media in Spain. You will be the first video manager in the Spanish team

HRYou will recruit, train and manage a pool of professional freelance videographers

Corporate Video ProductionYou will be responsible for managing the timetable of corporate video shootingsYou will set existing WTTJ processes up locally to scale our video production capacities in Spain (+200 shootings over 2019) in collaboration with the French teamYou will ensure the quality of the content and its consistency with WTTJ standards

Media ProductionAs a media, WTTJ produces original video content to tackle work-related topics . These videos are published on our website and on our social medias. We have a 600,000 unique visitor / month audience.

You will collaborate with the Spanish Content Manager and the Global Content Team to localize WTTJ existing video formats and imagine new ones that will fit with the needs and sensibilities of a Spanish audienceYou will be responsible for the all production process, from pre-production to editingYou will be responsible for delivering WTTJ video roadmap, in collaboration with the Spanish Content ManagerYou will collaborate with the Spanish Content Manager to animate our local social networks with original video formats.

Your Profile*You are a videographer with at least 3 years of experience in a media or production agency.*You have a great ability to build and manage a production team*You are used to use those video equipments: 5D MARKIII, MARK IV, Nikon D750, Nikon D810 and Sony A7SII*You are an expert on Adobe Suite (we only work on Premiere Pro). Motion design skills will be appreciated.*You are a real team player and have a deep sense of a collaboration in work. You like to work in a multi-skills and multicultural environment; respect is key for us.*You are a Spanish native speaker and you are fluent in English*You have a strong editorial sensibility and you are willing to be part of the creation of local video formats. *
