UX/UI designer

The Hotels Network is a SaaS startup in hospitality with clients in 50 countries, a team with 7 nationalities and a world leader in our category. We are searching for a UX designer to join our team in Barcelona.

As a UX Designer you will:- Collaborate with other designers, data scientists, team managers and engineers to develop innovative and user-friendly products- Design new product features - from concept to final design- Research for new ideas and look for solutions to complex problems- Map and define the customer journey for current and new products- Test new features and ensure consistency in the overall user experience- Give support to marketing and social media- Act as part of the creation team of a product that is used globally by thousands of people every day- Experience growing start-up at its best: ease, no dress code, absolutely exciting challenges and fun teamwork- Become part of an international team

You will bring:- A solid in-depth understanding of user-centred design principles- Ability to create rapid low and high fidelity prototypes- Excellent visual design skills- Proficiency in Adobe and Sketch- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including work with early stage/new product conceptualization as well as shaping the new version and/or feature enhancements of existing products

Bonus skills:- Feeling comfortable working with HTML and CSS- Experience in user testing- Experience creating and maintaining design systems- Familiar with interactive prototyping tools like Justinmind, Axure or similar
