UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and experience- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows or site-maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas- Develop projects from the initial design phase to the final presentation and delivery to the engineering team, as well as the documentation needed to execute them.- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

You are:- Opened to receiving constructive feedback- Great at communicating ideas and solutions to stakeholders.- Passionate about UX/UI and everything related to design and innovation.- Team player: you have a collaborative mindset and the ability to explain your thought process- Autonomous: you have the ability to think on your feet- Results-driven- Meticulous: you pay attention to the details

Requirements: - Good English level- Good practical and theoretical knowledge of interaction and visual design principles- Experience on desktop/web/mobile UI design projects- Great sketching and wireframing skills- No degree needed- About 4 years as a UX/UI designer (Have less than that? No worries. If you can nail it, we want to meet you)

A Strong portfolio is a must; show us you know how to create an experience.*All applicants must have an up to date CV, accompanied by a portfolio

Nice to Have - They’re not necessary, but if you’ve got them we won’t complain!- Experience in enterprise-ready applications or SaaS- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Some programming knowledge would be a plus- Experience on working with agile methodologies
