The Creative Resource Manager will lead and ensure the efficient flow of work from account management to the creative and production departments–both online and offline efforts. Specific responsibilities include collaborating to create project schedules; maintaining job files; tracking, monitoring, and routing projects; conducting status meetings; enforcing quality control with proper sign-offs, and performing other job-related duties as assigned.Manages Production Designer (DTP), Art Buying, some Digital Production and other approved creative freelancers.

Responsibilities• Work closely with Production teams, Account teams, and Creative teams to get projects started quickly, scheduled, updated, and running effectively and efficiently through the Agency.• Enforce documentation of clear, up-front specifications and requirements.• Participate in project kick-off meetings as needed for new initiatives and lead daily and/or weekly status meetings with all team members.• Keep projects on track, facilitate handoffs from one functional area to another, raise red flags, ask for help identifying dependencies and risks, while understanding the business impact of decisions made during the project.• Balance internal resources, staff workloads, timelines, and finances to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.• Understand general interactive processes and roles.• Orchestrate integrated campaigns throughout the agency; ensuring a timely synchronization of creative processes with an eye on efficiency, creative consistency and internal collaboration.• Ensure quality control processes of deliverables before leaving the agency, with sign off by the Creative Director.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3+ years operations/traffic experience.• Supervisory and Agency experience strongly preferred.• Bachelors degree required.• Proven success orchestrating/coordinating the efficient workflow of both new media and traditional advertising programs within a full-service agency environment.• Assertiveness, strong organizational skills & the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• An understanding of the processes and requirements of the creative and web product development lifecycle within a fast-paced advertising agency environment.• An intimate understanding of Advantage and the power of this specific trafficking software. Knowledge of reporting tools and Excel, able to analyze numbers and trends• A sincere interest in creativity, new media, technologies, and desire to keep informed of new trends.
