Online Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Online Performance Marketing Manager who wants to join our dynamic Marketing team in Barcelona and contribute to the success of the project.

As SEM expert you will be in charge of:

Leading the Performance Marketing Channel within the Marketing organizationCreating and expanding campaigns in multiple languages and regionsRunning tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsTracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaignsOptimizing copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaignsPerforming ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimizationResearching and analyzing competitor advertising links

You have:

Proven SEM experience (at least 3 years) managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and BingExperience with Google AnalyticsStrong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reportsFamiliarity with A/B and multivariate experimentsProficient knowledge of ExcelWell-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketingBS/MS degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a quantitative, test-driven fieldProficient in English (another European language is a plus)Passionate about technologies
