Senior Animator

Job descriptionBARABOOM! Studios is an award winning visual effects company with expertise in Previs, Postvis and Techvis for film, advertising and VR. We are looking for a Senior level Animation artist to join our team in Valencia (Spain) for a minimum of three months starting Mid January to assist in current feature film projects.

Software knowledge:Maya

Skills and Experience:Strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya software and command of VFX techniques and workflow.Specialized in bipeds, creatures and animals animation for realistic results.Strong sense of acting, posing, weight and timing.Understanding cinematic language and camera terminology.Ability for the creation of sequences of shots and assets from storyboards.Agility for the creation of animation blocking and adaptability to the changes and deadlines required by the project.

Candidates must:Have at least 2-3 years of experience on live action feature film and advanced VFX / photo real projects.Be eligible to work in Spain and available to relocate in Valencia.Available to start ideally mid January and work for a minimum of three months.
