Senior 3D Generalist

Job descriptionBARABOOM! Studios is an award winning visual effects company with expertise in Previs, Postvis and Techvis for film, advertising and VR. We are looking for a Senior level 3D Generalist artist to join our team in Valencia (Spain) for a minimum of three months starting Mid January to assist in current feature film projects.

Software knowledge:MayaPhotoshopZbrush (a plus)

Skills and Experience:Expertise in Autodesk Maya software and command of VFX techniques and workflow.Wide demonstrable experience in modeling, texture, shading and lighting.Ability for the creation of assets, scene layout and shots to match storyboards reference and Supervisor's directions.Understanding cinematic language and camera terminology.Agility and adaptability to the changes and deadlines required by the project.Excellent technical problem solving skills. Basic mel and python scripting is a plus.

Candidates must:Have at least 2-3 years of experience on live action feature film and advanced VFX / photo real projects.Be eligible to work in Spain and available to relocate in Valencia.Available to start ideally mid January and work for a minimum of three months.
