We partner with our clients to create high quality visual contents, combining design, animation and interactivity. We offer a wide array of specialized solutions: infographics, motion graphics, data visualization, interactives, dashboard, presentation design and much more.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will connect our creative team and our clients, who will help us define processes to consistently deliver high quality projects, and define the strategy to build and grow Elkanodata’s client services unit.

As project manager you will provide support to the creative team and be responsible for client engagements as well.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our quality expectations. This involves managing resources, keeping the internal teams on track, and managing client feedback and requests.

Once we have a new customer you will be their first point of contact inside the agency to help build a partnership with them. You will work with them to define projects, scope work and provide detailed costs breakdown, budgets and project timings.

You will champion best practices and constantly seek to improve our execution and production processes. We are fast but want to be even better and make sure we make the most of our resources and talent. You will define our project management and customer support standards.

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years’ experience managing digital projects International experience (comes from abroad / has lived abroad / has travelled extensively). Experience working for top-tier international clients Coordination of multidisciplinary teams: Developers, designers, creatives and accounts Resources, budget and time allocation for projects. Able to design and implement workflow management processes Able to collaboratively manage small, medium and large-sized projects. Capable of aligning the client's short term needs with the overall company's mid-term strategy. Able to elaborate estimates and proposals and upsell existing clients. Project Management Software (Basecamp, Float, Trello or similar). Office Suite (Excel, Word and PPT) Stakeholder management and reporting Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
