- Bachelor´s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS - 5+ years ERP implementation experience, mainly AX or other ERP products (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) - Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems - Clear and concise oral and written communication - Ability to lead people, teams and projects - Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation Specific - Proven experience and knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Taxation - Dynamics AX Certifications (2012 R3) - Software development and / or PM methodology (PMI, ITIL, Prince2) - Willing to travel 30% of time - Fluent English, additional languages would be an asset If you are looking for a project in an end-client, stability and possibility to work in a Global project with a top team, and you consider yourself a proactive professional, this is your opportunity! Our client, an American multinational leader in the consumer goods industry, is looking for an AX Finance Delivery Project Manager to work at its office based in Barcelona Center. As the EMEA AX Finance Specialist you will liaise with the Group and Regional AX Teams, as well as the implementation Partners to develop, coordinate and manage the roll-out of the Company Global Template solution. - participate in the full project cycle implementation within EMEA, including quality assurance and testing of the solution (standard, customized, ISV integrations). - work directly with business partners at different levels and translate business requirements into effective solution based on Company AX Global Template. - lead gap / fit analysis between Company AX Global Template and business requirements, identifying gaps per type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions (work around, customization, ISV) - ensure that the implementation Partner deliver the following (not limited): - Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments - Supervising application design and architecture components - Supervising process and functional design activities - Creating functional requirements as an input to application design - Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes - Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities - Planning and executing data conversion activities - Driving test planning and execution - Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change - provide 2nd level support to key users, identifying problems, issues or changes and follow escalation process based on the Company AX Support Model.
