Producer / Project Manager



Description of Rolealca. is a motion design studio, focused on creating visual experiences at events such as music festivals, corporate presentations and large scale public shows.



We are seeking experienced full-time producers for our Barcelona studio. The ideal candidate for this varied role will have strong project management skills, be familiar with current design, 2D and 3D animation production workflow, have the ability to create/control budgets and schedules.



The way we do understand, a producer is the representative of the team, taking on the role of being the liaison but also punctuating what the creatives and what the artists are trying to do for the client, keeping everyone on schedule, within budget and working with the client on giving feedback to your team, and giving feedback from your team back to the client. 

As the first point of contact with our clients, candidates will need good verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan.


The duties include (Take it as a checklist ;)

. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.. Must be organized (we mean it).. Proven ability to multi-task and foresee upcoming production problems alongside their solutions.
. Be familiar with current design, 2D and 3D animation production workflow. Ensuring correct scheduling of every step in the projects.. Answering client technical queries or liaising with operators or technical staff to obtain and provide   requested information.. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan.. Maintaining our client relationships.. Must be local to Barcelona and legal to work.
