Digital Graphic Designer

We are looking for a designer or digital graphic designer, specialized in the final design of user interfaces to join the company's delivery teams and work together with ux, Development and Marketing.

Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree related to DesignFirst Certificate or English equivalent level will be valued

Professional experience:At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience as a designer Experience working in technology consulting or media agency oriented to the online sectorExperience with international clients and projects

Knowledge and skills required:Visual design of high-end interface prototypesCorporate identity design and visual identity manualCreation of style guides for web and mobile environmentsMastery of graphic marketing (colour theory, rules of content positioning, etc...)Perfect handling of design software: Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop mainlyAdvanced English: oral and written fluency (interview in English)Adaptation and optimization of images and multimedia files for web environments. Good ability to express both spoken and writtenKnowledge of the latest trends in digital design

Valuable knowledge and skills:Knowledge of user experience design techniques, tools and processesCreating complex graphics, interactions, animations, videos (software such as After Effects or similar)CSS and HTML knowledgeKnowledge and use of content management systems such as Drupal, Wordpress, etc....Knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Expected qualities:It must be an organized and resolutive person who is accustomed to working under pressure at certain times, and therefore to plan and prioritize appropriately. It must be a lover of the digital world, accustomed to handling different technological devices and a regular user of different tools and online channels.It must be a person with good communication skills, able to defend vehemently and convincingly his work in front of colleagues and clients.He or she must be at the same time an active listener, able to adapt to the objectives and needs of clients and projects and to offer the most appropriate alternatives in each case.It must be a person accustomed to interacting and working with multidisciplinary teams (marketers, developers, clients, other designers, etc...).We would like this person to be a restless person, eager to learn and teach others, with good relationship and teamwork skills.

Salary:Between 20K and 26K per annum, depending on experience

Flexible schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 hours per day. Flexible schedule to start (between 08:00 and 09:00 ) and finish (between 18:00 and 19:00) .Thursday and Friday , 7 hours per day (08: 00-15:00).July and August, 7 hours per day (08:00-15:00)
