Visual Digital Designer

This position requires experience in digital graphic design, and a high level of attention to detail. The role is to create design materials for the marketing team and the wider company ensuring all of our design elements as a brand are consistent from our brand assets through our website. Duties include creating innovative and elegant designs, branding materials, creating the visual elements for all our marketing campaigns and advertising. A candidate should also have the skills to perform data analysis within the responsibilities of their role.

Responsibilities

Create innovative digital designs which are aligned with the companies branding, core values, user needs, product innovation, technology, and business needs. Present design concepts to a variety of audiences, while communicating the logic, user data, and design-thinking used to arrive at the final concept. Validate implementation quality through product integrity checks. Lead internal design reviews with peers. Work effectively with cross-functional team members on large-scale design efforts.Ensuring all of our design elements as a brand are consistent from our brand assets through our website.Stay current on trends and best practices in visual design field.

Skills/ Qualifications

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in design, fine arts, or related subject 2-3 years visual design experience Mastery of typography, color and composition to support brand and product requirements Experience working on web/interface design All applicants must have a online Portfolio Marketing knowledge (particularly in a startup environment)Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities. Knowledge of international and accessibility design considerations. Detail oriented and high quality standards.Awareness of trends and best practices in the visual design fieldExperience and competency using Adobe Creative Suite tools including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
