LONG TERM FREELANCE POSITION for a mid-level WordPress developer with PHP / MYSQL, with around 3 years’ experience to work with us on a long-term freelance basis, based in our stylish Barcelona office based in Poblenou. Ideal candidates will have:-3 years’ minimum experience as programmer-Excellent spoken English (essential)-WordPress experience and responsive CSS using bootstrap or similar-OO PHP and any of the popular frameworks (Zend, Zend 2, Laravel etc)-MySQL experience, including indexing and transactional programming-Any exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular, React, Sencha/ExtJs-GIT version control experience & 3rd party API integrations exposureA bonus would be: -Experience working within an Agile environment-A Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Sciences or technically-orientated subject would be looked upon favourably

We design and develop websites, web-based applications, workflow systems, Extranets, Intranets and Mobile Apps for a diverse set of clients across multiple sectors including Commercial, Finance, Online Gambling, Charity and Government.You will be working alongside our designers and developers in both Barcelona and London on a wide variety of different web-based application and mobile app projects including back-end systems in PHP (& LAMP technology) as well as front-end development using WordPress; as such strong spoken English is essential.This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals looking for long-term work with a well-established London-based Company. The role is likely to involve regular trips to London if you wanted.
