Visual Designer

What are we looking for? A Visual Designer.

WHY APPLY? The opportunity to work in a data driven (Big Data) company based in Madrid, close to CTO (dev team) and product area (data science).

The UX and Visual Design team creates tools and web app products, internal products aimed to simplify the management of key accounts, data visualizations, and on boarding, that help to provide insights to our clients.

You will be part of an Agile Design, Product, Development and Marketing team in the delivery of elegant functionals products and experiences.

WE NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO:1. It is essential that you have five or more years working as Visual Designer experience and / or one or more as UX Designer2. You must have mastery of grahic design and knowledge of html, CSS, … (Design Degree from top Design program, or relevant professional experience).3. Knowledge of some UX basic principles.4. You have experience designing UIs that are mobile-first or responsive.5. You've used design tools, such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Ppt, Word, Zeplin, … or equivalent tools6. Will be a plus, experience working as a lead of a small team of UX - UI Design for digital projects.7. Excellent Visual portfolio showcasing clean aesthetics and experiences.

DESIRABLE (not mandatory)• Prototyping tools for testing and building, like Invision, Marvel or Axure.• Knowledge of design motion graphics tools as After effects, Principle, Premiere…• Bonus: you're open to experiment with front-end code too, as it will increase your autonomy as a digital designer.• It would be desirable that you have experience in branding, events an other off-line solutions.• Experience designing for enterprise, b2b, or SAAS products.• UX portfolio with process clearly outline, communicated, and defined.

OTHER• Working experience in an Agile or Lean Team.• Fluent written communication and collaboration skills.• Fluent in best practices for responsive design and UX.• Big Experience building sites for mobile and desktop.• Good design-sensibility.• Knowledge of Accessibility (W3C standards).• Organized and methodological.• Creative with a solutions-oriented focus.

Of course, you must:• Have a sense of humor• High self-motivation with a sense of urgency. Do not be allergic to working under pressure.• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a dynamic, challenging environment.• Be a lover of small details• Fluent on English, written and spoken English.
