We are a creative agency based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona area) offering marketing, events, design and training services. We are currently looking for a Video Production and Virtual Reality Project Manager to work for one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard). This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in Video Production and Virtual reality to join our team and develop her/his ability as a Project Manager.
You will work in HP’s internal studio in Sant Cugat, providing audiovisual services and developing VR projects across different businesses and European regions. In this context, you’ll join a dynamic and creative team coming from different countries and be involved in a diverse range of audiovisual projects onsite or abroad: live webcasts, events coverage, video productions, photo shootings, and the development of VR tools.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• To manage all aspects of a video production from concept to final delivery, coordinating a team of 3 people and ensuring that all elements conform to the brand and creative vision. • To strengthen HP’s video production offer, get involved with the creative and technical aspects of video projects, and to help manage the post-production workflow.• Interpretation of internal client briefs in line with overall brand style guidelines.• To develop new tools using VR technology to demonstrate the products of the company in an innovative and interactive way. The VR projects might take up to 30% of your time from the very beginning, with possibility to increase.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED?
• Extensive experience as a video producer in a corporate environment• Experience in the development of VR tools• To be able to deliver multiple projects on time and on budget• To work in a team environment keeping all colleagues and clients in the loop • To be organized and give special attention to details• To be Customer Service focused and Results Driven• Problem Solving skills and the ability to work in a corporate environment• Significant experience in a similar position• Willingness to learn and develop new skills• Willingness to travel (mainly Europe)
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS• Academic Degree in audiovisual and/or communication fields • Excellent written/verbal/presentation communication skills and collaborative skills• Knowledge of post-production software: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut 7• Experience working in Virtual Reality projects• Knowledge of workflow management tools for video production• Knowledge of MS Office• Fluent in English
